Ronald Woo
Ronald Woo is a highly accomplished and seasoned mining executive with 23 years of comprehensive experience spanning all facets of the mining industry, from project development and technical leadership to executive management. He began his career with Hunter Dickinson Inc., where he held several senior positions, including Senior Mining Engineer, and played a key role in advancing major projects through various stages of exploration and development. During his tenure, he contributed significantly to technical evaluations, feasibility studies, and the overall growth of the company’s project portfolio.
Following his time at Hunter Dickinson, Mr. Woo joined Ledcor, where he managed large-scale mining operations. In this capacity, he was responsible for overseeing daily site activities, implementing operational best practices, and ensuring both safety and productivity across multiple projects. He later advanced to Western Canadian Coal (TSX:WTN) as Technical Services Manager, where he led multidisciplinary engineering teams, optimized operational performance, and contributed to the successful expansion of the company’s mining operations.
In recent years, Mr. Woo has leveraged his extensive expertise to support several junior mining companies, most notably Gold Mountain Mining Corp. (TSX:GMTN). There, he served as VP Permitting, where he was instrumental in guiding the company’s flagship project from initial permitting through to commercial production. His leadership encompassed managing complex regulatory approvals, maintaining rigorous compliance standards, and fostering strong, positive relationships with stakeholders, regulatory bodies, and local communities.
Mr. Woo is a registered Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) in British Columbia, reflecting his commitment to professional excellence and ethical standards. He holds a Mining Engineering degree from McGill University, providing him with a strong technical foundation, and earned his MBA from the Sauder School of Business at the University of British Columbia, equipping him with advanced business and management skills essential for leadership in the mining sector.

Christian West
Christian is a highly experienced corporate mining and commodities professional with two decades of expertise in the industry. Over the course of his career, he has held senior executive positions with both publicly listed and private companies in the mining and energy sectors, demonstrating strong leadership and strategic vision.
Christian is the founder and Executive Director of CD Processing Limited, a pioneering private company that designs, finances, builds, and operates advanced copper processing facilities. CD Processing specializes in transforming low-grade and sub-economic ore into upgraded, economically viable copper ore using state-of-the-art ore sorting technology. This innovative approach not only increases copper yields and operational margins for mining partners but also delivers significant environmental benefits by reducing waste and energy consumption.
In addition to his operational expertise, Christian has extensive experience in capital markets, particularly within the resources sector. He has served as both principal and advisor, and has managed long-short equity portfolios in fund management. His roles at Resource Development Partners Limited included managing Resources Investment Trust plc and Global Resources Investment Trust plc, both of which were listed on the London Stock Exchange.
Christian’s board experience includes serving as a Non-Executive Director of Aspermont Limited (ASX), a leading B2B media company in the mining, energy, and agriculture sectors, as well as Tyson and Blake Ltd, an investment firm focused on innovative health and medtech technologies. He is also a Director of Amarok Oil, further highlighting his broad industry engagement.

Paul Sarjeant
Mr. Sarjeant, P.Geo., is a seasoned mining professional and co-founder of Kobo Resources Inc., bringing over 35 years of extensive experience in mineral exploration, project development, and mining operations to the company. Throughout his distinguished career, Mr. Sarjeant has demonstrated expertise across a wide range of geological environments and commodities, contributing to the discovery, evaluation, and advancement of numerous mining projects globally.
He began his career after graduating with Honours in Geological Sciences from Queen’s University in 1983, quickly establishing himself as a dedicated and knowledgeable geoscientist. For 15 years, Mr. Sarjeant served as Senior Geologist at Echo Bay Mines, which later became part of Kinross Gold Corporation. In this pivotal role, he was responsible for evaluating and advancing international exploration projects, conducting detailed geological assessments, and supporting the development of new mining opportunities in diverse jurisdictions. His work at Echo Bay Mines provided him with a strong foundation in both technical and operational aspects of the mining industry.
In the more recent phase of his career, Mr. Sarjeant held the position of Manager of Geology at Largo Inc., where he oversaw the geological functions for the company’s mining assets. His leadership was instrumental in optimizing resource definition, supporting mine planning, and contributing to the overall success of the company’s exploration and production activities.
Beyond his roles at major mining companies, Mr. Sarjeant has held a variety of senior management and director positions with several junior exploration companies. In these capacities, he has been involved in corporate strategy, project generation, technical oversight, and stakeholder engagement, helping to guide early-stage companies through the challenges of mineral exploration and development. His broad experience has made him a trusted advisor and mentor within the industry.
Mr. Sarjeant is a member in good standing with the Professional Geoscientists of Ontario, reflecting his commitment to professional excellence and ethical standards in geoscience. His career is marked by a passion for discovery, a deep understanding of geological processes, and a proven ability to add value at every stage of the mining lifecycle.
