Ronald Woo - Chief Executive Officer
Ronald Woo is a highly accomplished and seasoned mining executive with 23 years of comprehensive experience spanning all facets of the mining industry, from project development and technical leadership to executive management. He began his career with Hunter Dickinson Inc., where he held several senior positions, including Senior Mining Engineer, and played a key role in advancing major projects through various stages of exploration and development. During his tenure, he contributed significantly to technical evaluations, feasibility studies, and the overall growth of the company’s project portfolio.
Following his time at Hunter Dickinson, Mr. Woo joined Ledcor, where he managed large-scale mining operations. In this capacity, he was responsible for overseeing daily site activities, implementing operational best practices, and ensuring both safety and productivity across multiple projects. He later advanced to Western Canadian Coal (TSX:WTN) as Technical Services Manager, where he led multidisciplinary engineering teams, optimized operational performance, and contributed to the successful expansion of the company’s mining operations.
In recent years, Mr. Woo has leveraged his extensive expertise to support several junior mining companies, most notably Gold Mountain Mining Corp. (TSX:GMTN). There, he served as VP Permitting, where he was instrumental in guiding the company’s flagship project from initial permitting through to commercial production. His leadership encompassed managing complex regulatory approvals, maintaining rigorous compliance standards, and fostering strong, positive relationships with stakeholders, regulatory bodies, and local communities.
Mr. Woo is a registered Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) in British Columbia, reflecting his commitment to professional excellence and ethical standards. He holds a Mining Engineering degree from McGill University, providing him with a strong technical foundation, and earned his MBA from the Sauder School of Business at the University of British Columbia, equipping him with advanced business and management skills essential for leadership in the mining sector.

Carmelo Marelli - Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Marrelli serves as the Company’s Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Marrelli is the principal of Marrelli Support Services Inc., a firm that has delivered accounting and regulatory compliance services to listed companies on the Toronto Stock Exchange and the TSX Venture Exchange for over twenty years. In addition, Mr. Marrelli beneficially controls DSA Corporate Services Inc., a firm providing corporate secretarial and regulatory filing services, as well as Marrelli Trust Company Limited, a provincially regulated trust company headquartered in Vancouver, British Columbia with a co-agent located in Toronto, Ontario (Marrelli Transfer Services Corp.). Marrelli Trust Company Limited offers a full range of transfer agent services for both private and exchange-listed companies. Carmelo is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CA, CGA), and a member of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators, a professional body that certifies corporate secretaries. He has a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Toronto. Mr. Marrelli also acts as Chief Financial Officer to a number of reporting issuers and as a director of select issuers.

Raul Sanabria - VP Exploration
Raul is an accomplished mining and exploration professional with over 20 years of international experience in the industry. Throughout his career, he has demonstrated a strong record of mineral discoveries and has successfully managed and advanced projects across a diverse range of regions, including Europe, West Africa, Canada, as well as Central and South America. Raul is highly regarded for his specialized expertise in fluorite and strategic metals, and he is widely recognized for his ability to identify promising new opportunities and effectively consolidate mining districts for long-term value creation.
As an early mover and co-founder of several exploration and mining companies, Raul has consistently demonstrated innovation and leadership within the sector. His entrepreneurial spirit and forward-thinking approach have enabled him to play a key role in the growth and success of multiple ventures. Raul holds a Master of Science in Geology from the Universidad Complutense de Madrid, where he completed a thesis focused on Fe-REE-Skarn/IOCG deposits, further enhancing his technical knowledge and capabilities.
In addition to his academic achievements, Raul is a Qualified Person for NI 43-101 purposes, holding the professional designations of P.Geo and EurGeol. His commitment to advancing mining projects, combined with his extensive technical background and strategic vision, have made him a respected and influential figure in the mining and exploration industry. Joel Strickland - First Nations Advisor
Joal has been on working with Indigenous communities and companies interested in doing business with Indigenous communities since 2016. He currently advises Chief and Council of a Northern Ontario First Nation on a wide range of issues . He serves a Senior Advisor to an Indigenous owned consulting firm working on engagement strategies, market expansion strategies for corporations, procurement development between a state owned enterprise and Indigenous owned businesses and designed and written Reconciliation Action Plans.
Previous experience as an advisor to Indigenous rights holders where he negotiated a > $60 million, guaranteed, cash flow settlement for a 15 MW hydro project and currently re-engaged by this Chief and Council. As a fixed income trader, Joel has negotiated with governments, hedge funds and global investors from Tokyo to Frankfurt on single transactions as large as $2.5 billion dollars. As a tech entrepreneur he has negotiated with governments, US 3 letter agencies, lead hundreds of employees, raised capital from institutional investors and funders with transactions typically in the tens of millions. Lastly, as an international entrepreneur, he has negotiated with governments, suppliers of oceanic bulk carriers, international clients in Italy, Norway and Turkey, funders such as US OPIC and Swedfund and a billionaire who bought a company founded by him which grew to 700 African employees, and he managed the business for 3 years before selling to Swedish energy company Vattenfall.
